NMNC voting result, 25th Feb 2024 

The NMNC congregation departed from the Church of Scotland with the intention of conducting  a vote on our elders’ recommendation that our church should join the denomination of the Free Church of Scotland. This vote took place on Sunday 25th Feb 2024, and was conducted independently of the elders.

The congregation voted overwhelmingly in support of the proposal, as can be be seen from the summary charts below.

The minister has emailed everyone this morning (27th Feb) advising the next steps, one of which is a further congregational meeting on Sunday 10th March after worship. If you have not received this email please email office@nmnewchurch.org and we'll sort this out.
